    Dealer Notes

Alright lets talk about the SUV that walked into the compact crossover segment and said,
Yeah, I'm affordable but I've got STYLE the 2023 Mazda CX-30 2.5S Carbon Edition.

This isn't just a small SUV
This is what happens when Mazda decides to make something practical and then accidentally makes it look way more expensive than it is.

    First off the look.

The Carbon Edition is where things get interesting.

    That exclusive paint
    Black wheels
    Red leather interior

    Yes, RED interior.

This thing looks like it belongs in a luxury lineup, but it's sitting there like,
    Don't worry I'm still reasonable.

It's basically the best-dressed car in the parking lot without trying too hard.

    Now let's talk performance.

Under the hood, you've got a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine pushing around 191 horsepower.

    Translation:

    Smooth
    Responsive
    Actually, fun to drive

And unlike a lot of competitors this thing comes with standard AWD.

    Rain? Snow? Bad decisions?
    Youre covered.

It's not a race car but its got enough punch to make your daily drive feel a little less boring.

    Fuel economy?

Around 26 MPG combined, which is a nice balance of power and efficiency.

Now lets talk driving feel because this is where Mazda always shines.

This thing feels way better than it should.

    Tight steering
    Composed handling
    Feels planted

You take a turn and youre like:
wait, why is this actually fun?

Mazda doesnt just build cars they build cars that feel good to drive.

    Step inside

And this is where people get surprised.

Red leather seats (yes, still thinking about it)
    Clean, driver-focused layout
    Apple CarPlay & Android Auto
Premium feel without the premium price

Its simple, but in a good way everything feels intentional.

    Space?

    Lets be honest its compact.

    Seating for 5
    Decent cargo space
    Perfect for daily life

Not huge but super manageable and easy to park anywhere.

    And reliability?

Mazda has been killing it lately.

Low maintenance headaches, solid build quality this is a car you can actually count on.

Now because this is a dealership, we gotta talk about it

    The legendary low-ball offer.

Customer walks up, sees this sharp-looking Carbon Edition and says:

Nice Mazda would you take $11,000 cash today?

And the sales manager just pauses like

Sir are you trying to buy the red seats or the whole vehicle??

Listen, we respect the hustle. We admire the confidence.

But this is a Mazda CX-30 Carbon Edition, not a pair of sneakers on clearance.

    If youre looking for:

A compact SUV with real style
    AWD confidence
    A surprisingly fun driving experience
And something that feels more expensive than it is

    the 2023 Mazda CX-30 2.5S Carbon Edition is a no-brainer.

So come take it for a spin.

    Bring your license.
    Bring your sense of humor.
And maybe bring an offer that doesnt make the finance manager slowly turn around and walk away.

Because while we love a good joke

    This Mazda?

Yeah its punching way above its weight.
Clean CARFAX. **You've got a friend at Montrose!**

I'm no longer interested in selling my vehicle or replacing it, my vehicle is still in pristine condition and I plan to keep it, initially I was interested in trading for a cx5 or cx50 but changed my mind, any recall on the vehicle has been taken care of and the vehicle will remain in my possession

I got a 2024 base model cx30 In June of 2024 and it’s been an excellent great on gas small SUV It reminds me more of a hatchback but apparently it’s technically an SUV I’ve got the non turbo and TBH It’s got good pep for a 2.5 and The 2.4 skyActiv engine has got a very good reliability reputation I’ve had a older Mazda 3 hatchback with the 2.5 engine years back and that was an excellent car as well Overall I’d highly recommend this vehicle for someone looking for a smaller AWD reliable SUV That’s very good on gas
    • This is our second Mazda CX-30

My wife and I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-30 select with turned out to be a great car. No problems until it reached 30k miles brought in for normal maintenance and discovered the battery was failing. Because the trade in value was the same as the price we paid for the car, we decided to trade it in for a 2024 CX-30 Select Sport because the 2021 didn't have AWD. Happy with the 2024 so far although we had to replace the alternator and we issues with leaks in the air conditioning system (all covered under warranty) My only regret was not keeping the 2021 it was in like new condition and sold as a certified used car.
