What to Expect From the Upcoming 2018 Range Rover Velar

February 26th, 2017 by

When Land Rover first released the original Range Rover almost 50 years ago, it was nicknamed the Velar, possibly because Velar is derived from the Latin word velare, which means to veil or cover, in order to ironically throw everyone off from what to expect from their new vehicle at that time. It was just recently announced that newest member to join the Range Rover family will once again be called the Velar, and although we don’t know everything about it, there are a few things that you can expect from the upcoming 2018 Range Rover Velar.

The upcoming Velar offers a completely unique styling that you won’t find anywhere else. With a sporty and stylish exterior, highlighted by a unique front grille, flush door handles, and a rear spoiler to improve aerodynamics, the upcoming Velar is truly one of a kind. As you could expect, the interior offers tremendous refinement as well, with soft touch and natural materials used on every inch, as well as a large and easy to use Land Rover InControl Touch Pro Duo infotainment system that uses two ten-inch touchscreens and allows you to receive and control everything you need out on the road with ease.

The upcoming Velar has so much more to offer, and although it isn’t released yet, if you have any questions regarding it or any other Land Rover vehicle, we welcome you to come speak to our knowledgeable staff members here at Land Rover Westside with any and all of your questions and concerns. We are conveniently located in Cleveland, OH and proudly serve the nearby areas of Parma, OH; Garfield Heights, and Solon, OH.
