EXCELLENT Customer Service. I sold my 2010 LR4 to them in 2019, great experience. I know have a 2020 Discovery that I take in for service here, could not be any happier with the vehicle service they have provided. This was my first time getting a brand new car and I wasn't sure what to expect. I knew what my "must have's" were and I knew what I did not want. I worked with Mo and he was great! He was realistic and helped me get the best car for me while keeping my budget in mind. He even went out of his way to accommodate my request for a big red bow! I wasn't sure which model I wanted, so I shared with Jeremy Gray what I had to have and then what would be nice to have. He talked me through the different options and helped me make a decision that I was happy with. He took the time I needed to decide and wasn't bothered by my questions. Many challenges in seeking out our dream Land Rover amidst COVID 2020 in Ohio. We had our heart set on a Range Rover HST but, inventory was quite low in Ohio and/or vehicles were snapped up before arrival to dealerships. Searching the LR website for statewide inventory became an everyday occurrence. My sales associate was Jeremy Gray. I had been looking at the Land Rover for quite sometime. I had been communicating with Jeremy via email and phone the last several days. Needless to say I drove off the lot this evening in a discovery sport. He is an awesome associate and knew his car inventory well also a very down to earth no pressure person I felt like I was at home as warming as everyone was at Montrose.
